Every product that arrives at the AsiaCommerce Guangzhou warehouse will be checked for details first by the QC team, and we will submit the detailed report to the client. So, we will make sure the goods are correct and appropriate before being sent. If there is a reject and it is not suitable, the team will help to return the goods to the supplier.

In addition, the return and refund process will be handled by the AsiaCommerce team as long as the goods are still in the country of origin and have not been shipped, and this process will be carried out after QC and receiving a reject report.
